Welcome to South Campus Commons (SCC)!

As a current resident of SCC, you are living in a vibrant community of over 2,000 upper-class UMD students. With its close proximity to academic buildings, dining facilities, and recreational spaces on campus, SCC provides the convenience of on-campus living with the amenities of an off-campus apartment complex. The staff at SCC consists of both Capstone On Campus Management staff and UMD Resident Life staff. SCC staff not only provides living environments which are clean, secure, and convenient to classes, but also provides you with growth and development opportunities on campus.
